Using the Workspace

You can use the Workspace for storing and editing products and categories.

Workspace provides you with a clipboard that has tabs for Products and Categories. Saving your work in the Workspace will save any changes made to both tabs, and those changes will be persisted in the Workspace, even if you log out of Merchandising Manager and log back in.

Workspace can act as a favorites list. The Products and Categories you worked with in a previous session will automatically populate your Workspace when you log in for a new session.

Products and Categories can be added to the Workspace through navigation or Search.

The Workspace can be accessed from the main Merchandising Manager dashboard in the Base Catalogs tab, the Custom Catalogs tab, the Products tab, the Categories tab, the Details tab on the Products and Category pages, and from search results.
