Add and remove columns with Column Options

To launch the Column Options tool, click the Column Options button on the far right of the Workspace toolbar. Once the Column Options window has opened, you can move columns from the Available and Selected columns panes by using the right and left arrow buttons, or by drag-and-drop. You can arrange the order of the columns listed in the Selected columns pane by using the up and down arrow buttons, or by drag and drop.

When you are done making your changes, click OK to save them. Cancel will close the Column Options tool without saving any of your changes.

Once you have made and saved changes in the Column Options tool, the main Workspace page will automatically refresh to show your changes.
