When using the config file from the Connect.DynamicsRetail.8.0.116.0 update package, you must replace the default domain account (DK\CommerceAXSvr-SVC)with correct account for your business. After the update package is deployed, the config file is located at [website]/App_Config\DynamicsRetail.Connectors.Services.config. For example:

          contract="ChannelService.IChannelService" name="WSHttpBinding_IChannelService">
        <identity>
          <userPrincipalName value="DK\CommerceAXSvr-SVC" />
        </identity>
      </endpoint>
Should be changed to:
<endpoint address="http://storefront/TransactionService/ChannelService.svc"
          binding="wsHttpBinding" bindingConfiguration="wsBinding"
          contract="ChannelService.IChannelService" name="WSHttpBinding_IChannelService">
        <identity>
          <userPrincipalName value="YourCo\CommerceAXSvr-SVC" />
        </identity>
      </endpoint>
